Prioritization of the Effective Factors in the Fight Against Administrative Corruption in Iran's Government Organizations with a Policy-Making Approach

Abstract

Administrative corruption is one of the problems of today's society, so investigating and accurately identifying the problem and providing solutions to get out of the crisis of administrative corruption and fighting it will lead to the expansion of justice and the development of organizations; Therefore, the present study aimed to prioritize effective factors on fighting corruption in Iran's government organizations with a policy-making approach (case study: Ministry of Industry, Mining, and Trade). In this qualitative research, 12 experts and faculty members participated in the executive field for interviews and the Delphi method. The results showed that 27 indicators are effective in the fight against administrative corruption, which is divided into 9 dimensions, the priority of which are individual (42.6), social (17.6), and legal (95/5), cultural (47/5), organizational (34/5), political (32/5), regulatory (47/4), judicial (3/03), and economic (84/2). In general, it can be said that to fight the phenomenon of administrative corruption, it is necessary to identify the effective factors, and according to these factors, in the fight against administrative corruption, efforts should be made to create a healthy administrative environment, and the authorities must identify those factors in the fight against them. considered in this study.
