One of the most important rules and rules of jurisprudence that exist in various areas of internal and external relations of Muslims is the rule of negation of the mustache and has a lasting role and influence on the behavior, decisions and macro policies of the Islamic system. This principle has a very important place in the foreign relations of the Islamic State with foreigners. The denial of oppression of the Muslim people and the preservation of independence and the denial of dependence on foreigners is the foundation of this rule in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic. In this article, descriptive-analytical method and data and information have been collected using relevant library and Internet resources. The research findings indicate that this rule is never an obstacle to establishing relations with regional or global economic or military powers, and that the Islamic world is allowed to establish relations with other countries and powers to the extent that foreign domination over the affairs and destiny of countries.
