New nationalism in Europe and its consequences for Iran (From the perspective of political sociology)

Abstract
Various analyzes of the growth of so-called new nationalism in Europe have been presented. Major analyzes focus on the consequences of inequality for political economy, globalization, European integration, and the issue of immigrants.
According to this study, the emergence of the new nationalism to the historical roots, cultural heritage, and identity of EU countries as a fundamental variable in neo-nationalism in many analyzes has been neglected.
This research addresses the various factors that led to the emergence of the new nationalist ideology in the European Union.
The hypothesis of this article tries to conceive economic crises, migration, and the social-economic gaps by globalization and highlighting the identity interests and historical-cultural heritage of social forces which give rise to a new nationalism among the EU countries and its representation in the face of unionism.
This also provides opportunities and consequences for the Islamic Republic of Iran that necessitate appropriate policy in this area. Explaining the new nationalism and then explaining the reasons for the emergence of the nationalism idea in the European Union led to the main scientific method to this research.
