Evaluation of welfare-oriented growth prevention programs against risk factors (case study: Mazandaran province)

Abstract

Considering that the occurrence of any crime is caused by several factors, and juvenile delinquency is not an exception to this rule, there are risk factors in the development process of children, including individual and social factors, which, if there is no intervention in eliminating or improving these factors, the possibility of committing a crime It increases children's side. Organizations have a function as a system, and if the function of the organization is positive and moves in the same direction and in harmony with the society's goals, this organization will act as a suitable tool influencing the people of the society and especially as a support factor in eliminating risk factors or Its improvement plays a role. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the role of the welfare organization in growth-oriented prevention. Because developmental prevention is an intervention in the development process of children at risk of delinquency with the aim of preventing their tendency to commit crimes in order to eliminate or improve risk factors and create supportive factors. Considering the laws and regulations related to the mentioned organization, we find that the welfare organization is at risk of tasks and duties towards children. Also, observing the programs and evaluating the findings indicates the compliance of these programs with the tasks of the aforementioned organization.
