Abstract

The 16th term of the National Assembly (1328-1330) was one of the most important and influential assemblies of the second Pahlavi period, which led to the creation of the largest coalition of political forces in Iran's contemporary history called the "National Front". The purpose of this article is to explain the role and position of the National Front in the process of events of the 16th Parliament in a descriptive-analytical way, and the main question is how its members were able to prepare for the nationalization of the oil industry? The 16th term of the National Assembly (1328-1330) was one of the most important and influential assemblies of the second Pahlavi period, which led to the creation of the largest coalition of political forces in Iran's contemporary history called the "National Front".
