Abstract
The educational system of any country is not organized except by the capable hands of the interested teachers of that country; Meanwhile, no matter how much the level of knowledge, ability, skill, professional and specialized qualifications, and most importantly, their organizational affiliation and decision-making authority is higher and higher; That system will be more successful, more dynamic and more effective. In the meantime, the main motto of Farhangian University is "Education-centered University" which is rooted in religious teachings and observes the religious and Quranic view. Referring to the honorable verse "And Yazkihim wa Ya'lamhim al-Katab wal-Hikmah" (Holy Quran, Surah Juma, verse 2), in the Quranic and Islamic educational system, cultivation is always mentioned over previous education, and this indicates the need for more special attention to education. Is. Farhangian University lecturers, along with their role in "training future teachers"; They play an important role in "improving human resources in the education system". In the current research, which is "applied" in terms of the type of goal; "Descriptive-survey" research method with "mixed (qualitative-quantitative)" strategy has been used. Descriptive research projects lead to the formation and creation of an image of a special phenomenon. Descriptive studies mainly include relatively large statistical samples. These studies are a description of a situation or a definition of a set of attitudes, perceptions and behaviors that are observed and analyzed at a specific point in time and a location.
