Analytical study of the necessity of production leap with the approach of the Supreme Leader's Nowruz message and legal jurisprudential principles

Abstract

One of the influential components in the strength of the national economy is the focus on the country's production sector with the aim of boosting production; Therefore, choosing a production-oriented strategy (production leap) in the current situation of the country is very necessary. In this regard, the Supreme Leader in his statements has stressed the need for a leap in production. The religion of Islam, which is mixed with movement and ascent, has also expressed the necessities of production. The Iranian legislature has also enacted laws on production, some of which specifically address the need for production. The purpose of this study is to investigate the need for a leap in production by focusing on the statements of the Supreme Leader and related jurisprudential and legal principles. The research method in this research, based on the nature of the data and the research basis, is qualitative, based on the research objectives, applied and based on the data collection method, it is descriptive . In the findings section, these cases were reviewed and analyzed: jurisprudential principles of the necessity of production leap, production leap in the Holy Quran, production leap in the narrations of the infallibles, production leap in jurisprudential rules and legal bases of the need for "production leap". The results indicate that according to the emphasis of the Leader of the Revolution and the religion of Islam and the existing laws related to production, which indicate its importance, it is necessary to make a leap in production.
