Abstract

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between organizational transparency and organizational trust with the career development of Bank Melli Kerman branches. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Bank Melli branches in Kerman, whose number is 420 people. Using Cochran's formula, a simple random sample size of 200 people was selected. In order to collect data, three questionnaires with optimal validity and reliability were used. Before testing the hypotheses, normality (having a normal distribution) of variables was used. The study was evaluated by a sample (KS) by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The normal assumption was valid for all variables. Pearson correlation was used to test the hypotheses due to the normality of the studied variables. SPSS software version 24 was used for data analysis and a significance of 0.05 was considered. Findings show that there is a direct relationship between transparency and organizational trust with the career path of employees and at the end, some suggestions are presented.
