Abstract

An important part of human life in today's world depends on their jobs and professions. People spend many hours in their workplace, and for this reason, the security of this environment is very important. Organizations and offices are always looking for this. to increase job security in order to increase productivity. This security is sometimes possible by increasing salaries and benefits and sometimes through the implementation of strategic plans. Today's world is a world of changes, complications and unpredictable environmental turbulence, and the increasing speed of the third millennium and drastic changes Economic, social, cultural and political requires strategic thinking. Today, the lack of strategic thinking is considered one of the basic deficiencies in organizations that weakens the possibility of identifying new opportunities In strategic thinking, it is important to see something that others do not see, discovering a hidden need means discovering an opportunity. It is new and this concept is the basis of innovation in business (Mohammadian, 2018) so it is very important that the people of an organization or office have a kind of decision-making and thinking that can achieve several major goals based on it. including: reaching maximum efficiency, maintaining the position of the organization and subsequently maintaining the position of employees among competitors and expanding flexibility in the face of changes
