Abstract

The simplicity of governments and decisions based on the center is an issue that has been expressed in the principles of governance for years, and all governments try to create the most productivity for their society with the least available resources. do Therefore, it is desirable to consider a suitable mechanism with the society to maintain the integrity of the government, and also pursue productivity and dynamism. The research method in this research is in the form of descriptive library studies. In this research, based on pre-reviewed data as well as the use and benefit of the experiences of other countries in this field and the examination of the capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran system in terms of implementing this method, it was determined that the administrative decentralization system model can be used. in order to achieve economic dynamism. According to the hypothesis of this research, it can be concluded that economic dynamism and development can be achieved by correct and step-by-step implementation of decentralization of the country's financial system. .
