Conditions for fulfilling liability and methods of compensation in Iranian law and CMR convention

In this article, we will examine the conditions for fulfilling the responsibility of a transport operator. In this regard, by comparative analysis, we will study one of the most complete and common international conventions (CMR) that has been implemented in the accepted countries. What is being questioned and consequently explored is the important question of what conditions should exist for the realization of the responsibility of the transport operator and under what conditions will the responsibility be assigned to the operator? An issue that will not have the same answer according to the basis of domestic law and the studied convention. Therefore, in this article, which is of a fundamental-applied type, we will try to comprehensively study the subject by library study and by analytical-comparative method, using the available resources in the field of research.
