Abstract

The purpose of this article is to extract the place of judicial security in the model of judicial governance of J.A.; In order to achieve this goal, after explaining the theoretical literature, using the network analysis method, oral and written statements and fatwas of the imams of the revolution in the judicial field from 1332 to 1401 were carefully analyzed and themed, and finally, among 8057 Proposition (summarization of texts and sentences), the initial form of the model including 351 indicators, 102 components and 18 dimensions, extracted and then presented to 17 jurisprudence, judicial, legal and public policy experts along with a comprehensive questionnaire, regarding the reform and It was completed until finally the final pattern was extracted.The analysis of the findings using the DEMATEL technique indicates that the "judicial security" dimension has the most direct and indirect impact from the other dimensions of the model, with the two key output indicators of "objective understanding and touch of judicial justice and the results of executive programs" judicial transformation by the majority of the people" and "heart surrender, trust and mental persuasion of the authority of everyone against the efficiency of the judicial system and the set of judicial officers" is fully compatible.
