Abstract

اFood security as a strategic issue is always influenced by political, economic, social, technological, international and ecosystem factors. Food safety as a norm at the national level is one of the important pillars of our country's security, and any neglect or lack of attention to its foundations and pillars can lead to serious irreparable risks in the aforementioned fields. The multiplicity and diversity of the trustee organizations and institutions (incoherent) along with the multiplicity and dispersion of the laws, has provided and caused the basis for the occurrence of crimes and violations in this area by the employees and related factors during recent years. The current research has tried to provide an understanding of the concept, elements and foundations of food security, identify the organizations and institutions that influence it, and extract the relevant definitions and answers from among the various provisions of Iran's legal system and examine them in an analytical and descriptive way. As a result, consider the existing criminal policy (legislative, executive, and judicial) as governmental, incoherent, and ineffective, and suggest effective scientific, practical, and experimental strategies
