Providing a favorable model for the economic development of the province with an emphasis on skill training and the document of fundamental transformation of education

Abstract

Education plays an essential role in economic and social growth and development and is recognized as one of the important goals of all countries. The development of education directly leads to the development of science, industry, and production, and of course, it causes economic development. The relationship between education and economic and social development is a complex relationship. The current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a favorable model for the economic development of the province with an emphasis on skill training and the document of fundamental transformation of education. The current research is based on grand theory (qualitative part) and single-section survey (quantitative part). The results obtained from the covariance matrix absolutely show that there is a significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables. And the significance level of less than 0.05 proves this relationship. Now the correlation matrix shows how much the correlation of each variable is. which shows that there is a positive relationship between the examination of the fundamental transformation document of education and skill training with an estimate of 0.55. Also, there is a positive correlation between the document of fundamental transformation of education and economic development rate of 0.84. The results of the goodness of fit indices and Bentler-Bonnet normal fit index using Amos software show that the model has a good fit. The results of the second-order factor analysis also showed similar results to the first-order factor analysis. In the end, it can be said that the program of the fundamental transformation of fostering education plays an important role in the economic development of the province by emphasizing skill training.
