Abstract

The oil and gas industry has long been at the forefront of promoting the use of arbitration to resolve disputes in this area.In oil and gas contracts, which are often long-time, with large sums of money; Following a dispute, the parties seek to find an immediate and effective solution to their trade dispute. Arbitration with features such as expertise and familiarity with oil and gas law, the ability to understand the technical concepts related to this industry, fast process with low cost can be a good option for both parties;But in the first stage, what is the nature of contracts in this field, especially gas contracts, and what is the nature of our disputes between the parties, and what issues are raised in the arbitration of these contracts; It needs to be studied and analyzed that the present article will try to identify and analyze these cases by descriptive-analytical method.
