Abstract

Focusing on the methods of improving the legislation system has been discussed by experts since the past until now, as legislation because legislation like other processes in society requires a continuous promotion and improvement. Accordingly, analyzing the processes of any legislation system is one of the main priorities of improving such a system. On the other hand, a framework of an ideal system should be considered for understanding the traumatic natures of any legislation system. Therefore, the present study aimed at a comparing the nature and effects of legislation process in Iran and France. This study investigated and compared the legislative entities as well as the effects and process of legislation in these two countries using a descriptive-analytical method. In this study, the objectives the were discussed in two parts. The first part examined and compared the legislative entities in two legal systems of Iran and France and the next part examined the scope of legislation in the Iranian and French law. Finally, the researcher made the last discussion and conclusion on the research subject
