Entrepreneurship development with the empowerment approach for Disability and Veterans; Provide a model based on foundation data theory

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to draw the model of "entrepreneurship development" with the approach of empowering the disabled and veterans, using the "data foundation theory" method. In this study, using a targeted sampling approach, researchers selected 16 welfare experts and entrepreneurship specialists as the main participants in the study and the three main data collection tools; Interviewing, taking notes and reviewing documents. Data were analyzed by content analysis. By examining the data obtained in the first step of open coding, 314 concepts were obtained. The data of the second stage of open coding were classified into 269 concepts and 50 major categories. Then, in the axial coding stage, 16 nuclear categories were identified, which were upgraded to a higher abstract level in the selective coding stage, and were classified according to conditional, interactive / process, and consequential characteristics. The development of entrepreneurship based on the empowerment of the disabled and veterans under a paradigm model based on five causal factors and contextual and intermediate conditions, with different processes (empowerments) led to appropriate results and outcomes. To improve the entrepreneurship of the disabled and veterans, these changes include; The consequences will be feelings of satisfaction, social welfare, social status, feelings of self-efficacy, life expectancy and feelings of worthiness among the disabled and veterans.
