Abstract

The expansion of the communication system in the world will lead to a kind of increasing cohesion between groups and interdependence in the international system. The development of this space, especially in the virtual dimension, has caused new attitudes and concepts in the human and social field, especially internationally. Shift from the concepts of hard power to the softening and complexity of social and international communication is one of the issues that has emerged in the new realm of communication and cyberspace as a platform for social and international action. Interdependence between social and international groups can create a new form of structure that requires the role of foreign policy and the new approach of governments. Therefore, it is important to study the impact of cyberspace on this internal and international interdependence along with the domestic policy approach. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of cyberspace from the perspective of interdependence and Iranian policies. The main question is what effect the expansion of cyberspace has on Iran's domestic policy approach. . And create a government at least in Iran.
