Quantitative and qualitative study of aspects of cultural management in Islamic Azad University of Tehran and Alborz provinces

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to quantitatively and qualitatively investigate aspects of cultural management in Islamic Azad University. The method of this research is of a mixed type (quantitative-qualitative). The statistical population of the research to conduct semi-structured interviews included professors, policy makers, executive agents, cultural managers, etc. 16 people were selected in qualitative method by snowball method and 335 people were selected in quantitative part by simple random method and data analysis was done in qualitative part by using MAXQDA software, in total 64 basic themes and 6 themes were selected with qualitative approach. The organizer was extracted under three overarching themes of appearances, values ​​and beliefs.At the level of professional ethics, there are 3 categories: personal, intra-personal, intra-organizational; At the level of cultural capital, there are 3 categories of tendencies and inclinations, effort and effort, at the level of identity, there are 3 categories of job conflict, professional orientation, mastery of work and progress, and the achievement of individual and organizational competence. Finally, in terms of the impact and weight of the ranking, 6 main categories were obtained in the order of identity seeking, professional ethics, cultural capital, resilience, academic justice and academic maturity.
And the data analysis in the quantitative part using lisrel software accepted that the results showed that all the indicators examined in order to evaluate the fit of the confirmatory factor model in relation to the variables (identification, professional ethics, cultural capital, resilience, justice) academic and academic maturity) have been accepted. According to this article, it can be said that the fit of this model has been confirmed.
