Sociological study of the social consequences of the Dorzi family with emphasis on the displacement of social capital (Case study of construction workers living in Tehran in 1397-98)

Abstract

The family in Iran is facing new changes that the emergence of Dorzi families is one of the acute challenges. In these families, men and women have emotional states, but they can not live together and the men of most of these families work in Tehran and big cities. The role of women in Dorzi families is very important and vital and she should also be Both the father and the mother should play a role and be in charge of multiple managements, and this issue has negative consequences for both men and women. The aim of this study was to study the sociological consequences of the Dorzi family with an emphasis on the displacement of social capital (Case study of construction workers living in Tehran in 1397-98) It has been done. For the theoretical framework, theories of family social capital, Putnam (2000), Coleman (1998) and Bourdieu (1986), Putnam theory, etc. have been used. The statistical population included all construction workers in Tehran in 1397-98 and the sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula of 500 people. The sampling method was quota and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. . The results were analyzed using multiple correlation coefficient and we concluded that Dorsey families have an effect on incoherence, shifting norms, lack of social status, family dissatisfaction, distrust of construction workers' families.
