Explaining the causes of the crime of disobedience to law enforcement officers from criminological-psychological and sociological perspectives.

Abstract

Knowing the causes of a crime is a complex and multi-dimensional process that has a different path and method in relation to each crime. Many studies have been done regarding common crimes in societies. Meanwhile, the crime of disobeying the justice officers occurred, that is, considering the circumstances of the victim, it is a special crime. There is more to think about. There is no doubt that applying effective management for officers requires understanding the behavioral complexities of communication and customers, adopting appropriate behavioral measures and methods, and using appropriate skill models to control and limit them.
Methodology: The present research was carried out in a descriptive and analytical way using library sources and texts.Results: These results were obtained that psychological and social factors are the most important factors that the occurrence of violence and rebellion against the police can be discussed based on these factors. The most important factors of rebellion against police officers in psychological criminology theories can be considered by relying on the theories of "failure-violence", "Pinatel's criminal personality", "self-control theory" and "Sherman's theory of defiance" as well as crime theories. Sociology with emphasis on the theories of "social learning", "low class culture"
