Abstract

Imitation or cloning, which is called "cloning"; It is derived from the Greek word "clone" which means cutting, sprouting and multiplying. The similarity of cloning with cuttings is that in both methods, the act of reproduction takes place without fertilization; In conventional reproduction, male sperm and female egg are combined in the uterus and an egg cell or zygote is formed, and then the stages of embryonic development begin. A male or female human is received and inserted into the shell of the egg (egg emptied from the nucleus), then it is transferred to the uterus of the same woman who owns the egg or another woman, and from this stage the zygote is created and begins its growth stages; In reality, cloning is the process of creating a new living organism from another living organism through asexual means, and the production of zygote takes place in it, without male sperm and using a male or female somatic cell. Some jurists have explained different types of simulation using scientific research, but because in all the mentioned types, the issue of lineage is not raised, and due to the lack of detail, we refrained from mentioning those types.
