Abstract

In the social system, human behavior is created by factors belonging to the ruling class in a politically organized society, and crime is defined as the result of a process of dynamism, mobility, or class force. Accordingly, criminal behavior is seen as a process based on behaviors that are in conflict with the interests of the ruling class. Hence, the deviation of the followers of the social system can have various causes. For example; The anomaly of the deprived is due to the fact that such people do not have access to official means of ascent and success or their access is limited by some rich people. In fact, within social structures, it is not possible for everyone to achieve goals. , Leads to deviation. In this descriptive-analytical study, we will try to investigate the effect of social structures on the occurrence of crime.
