Abstract

The aim of this study was to design a productivity model for secondary school principals in Lorestan province. The research method was confirmatory survey. The statistical population in the qualitative stage included 12 experts. The statistical population of the quantitative part was the principals of the second year secondary schools of Lorestan province using Krejcie-Morgan table (199 people (102 men and 97 women) as a statistical sample and were selected by cluster random sampling. Showed that the ratio of chi-square to freedom is 1.34 and less than 5, so it indicates a good fit of the model. Also, the root of estimating the variance of the error of approximation is equal to 0.061, the good fit index is equal to 0.97, the adjusted good fit index is equal to 0.93, the adaptive fit index is equal to 0.99, the normalized fit index is equal to 0.99, the root mean square The wastes are equal to 0.0013 and the mean squared of the standardized wastes is equal to 0.091, so the fit indices of the measurement model are in the acceptance area and indicate a good fit of the model. As a result, this indicates the alignment of the components with the productivity of managers, so the components of the productivity of managers at the level of 99% confidence and in the form of a conceptual model together, approve the productivity variable correctly. Hence, it is inferred that the overall model has a high fit.
