Abstract
. For this reason, the present study was conducted with the aim of searching the laws and regulations of the country to explain the legal nature of existing sports institutions to identify and examine the legal nature of sports institutions to answer the question that the share of public institutions, civil institutions and the private sector How much is in the pillars of sports in the country. This Peugeot hash is a document analysis. The method of data analysis is qualitative, library and theoretical based on content analysis. The results show that according to social conditions, for policy development of sports, it is not only government agency but also the components of governance with the participation of all social forces can be used. Therefore, the logical and coordinated organization and communication of all sectors in the development of a category is very important. With the globalization of the field of sports, special capacities in the fields of policy and management are needed that the model of good governance is organized in parallel with each other in a horizontal structure and in parallel with the partnership of government institutions and external sectors, including civil institutions and the private sector. However, the laws and regulations of our country do not have a precise identification of this division and in practice, sports management is in the hands of the public and public sectors and the institutional-official and governmental domination of sports in conflict with the legal nature of the issue is quite obvious.
