The research community in the qualitative part consisted of professors, specialists and experts in this field and in the quantitative part consisted of general representatives and insurance brokers, managers of the insurance headquarters and executive company and entrepreneurial experts. In the qualitative section, which was purposefully selected, 19 professors, specialists and experts were selected, and in the quantitative section, 371 professors and experts were selected using the Cochran's formula. The research tools were semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed in the qualitative part by Delphi method and through coding (open, axial and selective) using MAXQDA software and in the quantitative part by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. The results showed that five components are involved in explaining the sustainable entrepreneurship model based on entrepreneurial competencies in the country's insurance businesses, which are: Technical domain - knowledge component, managerial domain - management component, management domain - leadership component, individual domain - personality traits component, and finally individual domain - entrepreneurial psychological characteristics component. To check the fit of the model, check the X2, R and RS; It was discussed that the presence of low X2 and the ratio of chi-square to the degree of freedom less than three, as well as the coefficient of determination and the adjusted coefficient of determination were calculated; Indicates the proper fit of the model.
