Abstract

Today, the role of resilience has been accepted as a principle that helps people cope and adapt to difficult and stressful life situations. Qualitative method based on foundation data theory was used. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews. In this research, a qualitative method based on foundation data theory was used. The statistical population of the study included 23 academic and organizational experts in the field of crisis management who were selected by purposive non-random sampling method based on the principle of data saturation and adequacy and were interviewed. Analysis of data collection In three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding were performed and Strauss and Corbin approach was used to analyze the data.The results showed that the dimensions of the central phenomenon of resilience include: individual competence, adaptability, self-awareness, purposefulness, self-belief and spirituality. Impact factors (outcomes) in order of priority include: work-life balance, personal health, job satisfaction, stress management, social capital promotion and flexibility, which were identified as a model of employee resilience in urban crisis management offices in Hamadan and approved by accreditation method. it placed.
