Designing a jihadi lifestyle model for the educational administrators of Islamic Azad University

Abstract

The aim of this study is to design a jihadi lifestyle model of educational managers of Islamic Azad University. Findings indicate that the jihadi lifestyle of educational managers has the main dimensions of educational and research activities, devotional and political activities, physical and environmental health, social and psychological health, knowledge-based, province-centered, self-sacrificing spirit and simple life. Subcategories are divided. Then, according to the results obtained from prioritizing the dimensions of the model, it became clear that devotional and political activities, pivotal province and hostility, and human relations and the spirit of self-sacrifice are in the first priority. Also, social and psychological health, physical and environmental health, contentment and biological simplicity are in the second priority, and finally, educational and research activities and knowledge-based are in the third priority. In a small part of the statistical population of the study, 200 educational administrators of the Islamic Azad University of Region 5 are included. Data analysis was performed using software and descriptive and inferential statistical methods, exploratory factor analysis and LISREL and SPSS confirmatory software and structural equations were used to analyze the research. The results showed that all relationships in the structural model of the research are significant.
